1. Buy Bitcoin With A Debit/Credit Card Online
Step 1: Visit bitcoindepot.com
Step 2: Select “Buy Online”
Step 3: Select the cryptocurrency you want to buy

2. Buying Bitcoin On Cashapp
Step 1: Download and Install Cash App
- If you haven’t already, download Cash App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Install the app on your device.
Step 2: Create an Account
- Open Cash App and create an account using your email address or phone number.
- Set up a secure password.
Step 3: Link Your Bank Account or Debit Card
- Link your bank account or debit card to Cash App to fund your purchases.

Step 4: Enable Bitcoin Transactions
- Tap the Bitcoin (BTC) icon at the bottom of the home screen.

- Once Bitcoin transactions are enabled, tap the Bitcoin (BTC) icon again.
- You will be taken to the Bitcoin section of the app.

- Tap the “Buy” button to initiate a Bitcoin purchase.
Step 7: Enter the Amount
- Enter the amount of Bitcoin you want to purchase in USD. You can also switch to BTC to specify the amount in Bitcoin.

- Tap “Next” and review the transaction details.
- Confirm your purchase by tapping “Confirm.”
Step 9: View Your Bitcoin Balance

- Consider transferring your Bitcoin to a secure wallet for long-term storage.

2.1 Sending Bitcoin From cashapp to external wallet
Step 1: Open Cash App
- Launch the Cash App on your device and log in to your account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Bitcoin Section
- Tap the Bitcoin (BTC) icon at the bottom of the home screen to go to the Bitcoin section of the app.
Step 3: Tap “Withdraw Bitcoin”
- In the Bitcoin section, tap on the “Withdraw Bitcoin” option.
Step 4: Enter the Amount to Withdraw
- Enter the amount of Bitcoin you want to send. You can enter this in either USD or BTC.
- Tap “Next” to proceed.
Step 5: Enter the External Wallet Address
- You will need to provide the address of the external wallet you want to send the Bitcoin to.
- If you have the wallet address as a QR code, you can scan it using your phone’s camera. Otherwise, you can manually enter the wallet address.
- Double-check the wallet address to ensure it is correct. Sending Bitcoin to the wrong address can result in a loss of funds.
Step 6: Confirm the Transaction
- Review the transaction details, including the amount and the wallet address.
- Tap “Confirm” to initiate the withdrawal.
Step 7: Verify the Transaction
- Depending on your security settings, you might need to enter your Cash App PIN or use your fingerprint/face ID to verify the transaction.
Step 8: Wait for Confirmation
- After confirming, the transaction will be processed. It might take some time for the transaction to be confirmed on the Bitcoin network, depending on network congestion.
